- Worked on approximately 200 sub projects creating data links, optimizing code, stabilizing applications on main databases. Using Microsoft Access about 75 per cent. Convert code to VB.  Manage private contracts with 2 Medical Clinics, Expert Witness Firm, Custom Cabinet Manufacturer, and several small businesses. Fix databases, create reports, manage licenses, web access and security. 
 Disaster Recovery project. Construction/Design/Project Management firm suffered complete crash with no backups. Setup new server & network. Recovered all documents, data, applications, emails, and setup new email system. Reconfigured all notebooks, desktops, blackberry systems. Created and cataloged detailed assessment of system failure to facilitate insurance reimbursement of expenses, losses, catastrophic costs, and all other costs to the client

 Design and manage databases, servers and networks. Create stable, secure, and optimal environment for the client or project. Created and managed Project Schedules for construction support. Maintain Work Breakdown Structures while interfacing specific schedules from contractors with master schedules. 
 Contract was with Project Management Division of the County of Los Angeles. Created County reports and other project oriented reports. Perform system conversions while keeping the data structure intact. Redesign job control applications, accounting systems, custom reporting, and guide programming staff in new technologies to achieve software goals. Work directly with client and executive staff to facilitate IS goals. Design and oversee remote IS functions and interconnectivity. My last project, started under the employ of Pacifica Services, was as a Database Administrator. I was on contract with the County of Los Angels for about 4.5 years. First started with the stabilization of the databases. Over 10 gigabytes of data that had daily corruption and security breaches. I was given the task to secure the data, optimize its structure and recover lost data. Once accomplished. I guided the redesign of applications. I also created a more reliable environment for the data's survival.

IS Manager/Project Management: IS
 Manage IT department for multiple sites. Responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing all IT changes and enhancements. Schedule, Budget and track any and all IT projects. Including client and remote offices. Optimize, configure, install, update and manage all hardware, software, operating systems. 
 Converted entire company from mainframe over to NT network. Integrated systems for data transfer. Wrote routines for data conversion from VAX to PC. Created SQL server for the new PC applications. Planned and implemented over 6 conversions for remote offices and clients.
 Designed and managed entire IS department infrastructure, including remote offices. Selected Hardware and Software. Created and managed communications between systems and offices.

 Motorola/LA 911 system. Create Project controls and schedules. Fixed logic errors for updates to master schedule. Created required analysis and cost reports that were required to support main Contract.
 Assisted on various other contracts by maintaining cleaning up schedules, taking over when schedulers left or just handled the overflow. Contracts include LAUSD, US Air force, Navy, LA County housing, San Diego County public housing, and Pasadena school district.
